Personalised Friends Frame
Hi my name is Sarah, Thanks for visiting my little shop! I make everything in my shop by hand with love, care and attention to detail - all made to order. I hope you like the items as much as I love making them!
*The Description*
This beautiful handmade Friend Frame for Birthday/ Christmas - presented inside a 23x23cm glass fronted box frame. A beautiful little keepsake for that special Friend/Bestie, and one to be enjoyed for years to come.
Frame colours available are white, grey, black and wood effect.
It also features Scrabble Letters, small hearts, mount and wording.
The wording, printed on excellent quality thick linen effect card, is as seen however this may be able to be altered (please message to discuss/add wording to the personalisation box) or I can recreate the same frame for you as seen in the listing images.
You can add up to 10 or so words in the personal message at the end too along with names.
Personalisation (names and short message) is optional on this product and free of charge.
You also change the title:
FRIENDS/BESTIE/BEST FRIEND/PERSONS NAME.
Upon purchase, please add all requests in the personalisation box.
*The Dispatch Time*
Usual turn around time is 3-5 working days however if it is more urgent please let me know. At peak times this may be longer.
*Packaging*
We have invested a great deal recently in new larger packaging (usually only used for laptop, wine bottle etc carriage). This ensures your frame will arrive unharmed wether you are in the UK or overseas. So far there has been a 100% success rate, with fantastic positive reviews. The frame will be boxed (however some frame choices don’t have individual boxes), then airsac wrapped, and then placed in a wrap box ready for dispatch by Royal Mail.
*Delivery*
I send every order fully tracked on a 48 hour service, if you need your item on a more speedy service please add fast dispatch at checkout to upgrade to the 24 hour service. I also have an upgrade available for Special next day guaranteed too. I only use Royal Mail. Overseas customers can upgrade to UPS/FedEx/similar if preferred. I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers.
*After-service*
When you receive your frame, which I am confident you will love, please do leave a review and add a photo of your frame. This feedback is very important to me, as well as being vital to my business. You will also receive a 15% loyalty voucher to use on a future purchase!
