Refunds

As all of our products are personalised and handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
 

In the unlikely event that you wish to request a return or exchange as an item contains an error (made on our part) or sustains damage during delivery, we will off course replace it and cover postage costs for returning the faulty product. We must be made aware of faulty/damaged items within 48hrs of receipt.
